How to arrange an exchange or refund?

In order to process a return, you must first call our offices at (213)747-9999 for an ARN (authorized return number)

The exchange or return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of products.

You must return the product to us within 3 days of notifying us of your wish to exchange or return the products.

Incomplete exchanges or returns cannot be accepted.

We will require the following information to process your exchange or return:

Order Number, invoice number and the Reason for exchange or return.

Please ensure you include all of the products for exchange or returns in the box.

Please enclose all original packaging paper.

please note that refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 5% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise (minus freight charges) to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
